Bootcamp is back!

Following a successful pilot project in 2016, we’ve launched the second round of Bootcamp for teens (aged 11-14). We’re excited to announce that the 2017 programme is sponsored by Playstation® (Sony Interactive Entertainment) and it will be held at Liverpool’s state of the art Studio School, in the Baltic Triangle area. We are now accepting applications for the Bootcamp, which starts on Tuesday 28th February for 6 weeks ending 4th of April.

Sessions will be held weekly at the Studio School, every Tuesday from 6pm - 8pm. We’ll cover a wide range of topics over the 6 weeks including coding, VR, role models and careers in the tech industry.

To apply, girls need to be aged between 11 and 14 years old and aspire to have a future career in tech. Girls need to fill in a short application form and submit a short video to us about why they would like a place and what it means to them (no more than 30 seconds long).

*Only 15 girls will be accepted onto bootcamp, please make sure when applying that you are available for each session. If you can’t attend them all, or you are aged over 14, check out our Tech 4 Teens monthly sessions, which are running throughout the year.

Applications close on the 14th of Feb. Successful candidates will be told by Monday 20th Feb.

Please note that girls who have attended our first Bootcamp cannot reapply.
